I am gathering information from constituents affected by delays and administrative problems with the Civil Service Pension Scheme. Your responses will help me raise these issues directly with Ministers and those responsible.

For those who have been retired for 12 months, the Government have secured interest-free hardship loans of up to £5,000 for those affected by delays from Capita, and up to £10,000 for those in exceptional circumstances. If this applies to you, please contact your former employer. If you left more than 12 months ago, you should contact Capita regarding this support.
